• All products carry a 12 month warranty against faulty materials or workmanship and in any situation where the products fail to perform as specified, you are entitled to an exchange or refund upon return of goods.
• If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within fourteen (14) days for a full refund (less shipping).
• Goods must be returned at the customer’s expense, in unmarked, original condition and packing, complete with all documentation, accessories etc
• Special Tools must be unopened and in original shrink wrapping.
• Goods that have been installed, or damaged upon installation will not be accepted for return under any circumstances.
• Special tools that have been opened and used will not be accepted for return, unless the tool is faulty.
• All returns and warranty repairs must be accompanied by your Sales Receipt.
• Monoglobal will not accept claims for any installation, labour or consequential costs relating to the failure of the product.
• Monoglobal will not issue refunds for International Freight, Import Fees, Taxes, Levies and other charges.
