If your trunk lock stops working this plastic gear will likely be broken.
Improved design tith metal reinforced lugs – will not break again.
Replacement gear has 34 teeth and OD is 25.4mm
Instructions not included but most Mercedes-Benz workshops should be able to dismantle the lock and replace the broken gear in 15-30 minutes.
